Receipts are monitored automatically. Return and replacement reminders arrive 7, 3 and 1 day before a verified deadline, and on the final day. Exact-match public prices are checked every 12 hours where the shop offers price adjustments.

Install the Chrome/Edge extension to receive desktop alerts and import online orders. Access for automatic order imports is enabled separately for each shop.

chrome://extensionsoredge://extensions, enable Developer mode, choose Load unpacked and select the folder. - Generate a connection key below and paste it into the extension.
- On an order page, choose Import this order or enable automatic import for that shop.
Keys expire in 90 days. Generating a new key replaces the old one. Chrome/Edge must be running and OS notifications allowed; server watches continue while the browser is closed. This is an unpacked developer preview, not a store listing.
Active receipt watches
Common structured orders and visible order summaries are supported. Some stores block automated access or expose insufficient product data. Those checks are marked unavailable and retried; no deadline or lower price is invented.

1. Start with the facts
Upload a PDF or receipt image, paste invoice text, or describe a billing issue. DigitalOcean inference extracts the purchase details and drafts a request from the information you provide.
2. Verify before you claim
The app fetches current official merchant policies and matches extracted policy rules to source text. A rules engine compares dates and extracted purchase facts for each item. Perishable/non-perishable classification selects relevant exceptions; it does not create a return right. Unobservable item conditions remain conditional without blocking deadline reminders. Results distinguish eligible under policy, not eligible, missing information, and unavailable or incomplete policy evidence. You can correct extracted details and rerun the checks. A policy match does not prove receipt authenticity or guarantee merchant approval.
3. You stay in control
Edit and copy your draft. Submit it yourself, then mark the claim Submitted, Recovered, or Closed. Statuses are self-reported. We do not access your inbox, charge recovery fees, or send claims automatically.
Automatic monitoring and coverage
Return/replacement deadline watches run automatically. Price checks run every 12 hours where an applicable policy and an exact public product match are available; official policies are refreshed daily. Email and automatic claim submission are not enabled. Automatic policy lookup is limited by merchant website access and identifiable regional policies; unclear or inaccessible policies are never treated as approval. All current checks are free. The proposed paid plans are not available for purchase.
Private by design.
What is stored
Your email, a securely hashed password, session records, extracted claim details, watch settings, notification history, and product-price observations are stored on our DigitalOcean infrastructure in Toronto. Original uploaded PDFs, receipt images and the original text you submit are processed in memory and are not saved by this app. Extracted details and drafted letters may still contain personal information.
AI processing
Your submitted receipt text, images, rendered PDF pages, and retrieved policy text are sent to DigitalOcean’s inference service and its model provider to generate your result. Their processing and retention terms apply, and processing may occur outside Canada. Avoid including card numbers, bank details, government IDs, or unnecessary personal information.
Your controls
Delete individual claims from their detail view, or delete your account and its saved claims below. There are no advertising trackers. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Request limits protect the service from abuse.
Early access
AI can make mistakes. This service assists with drafting and organization; it provides neither financial nor legal advice and does not promise recovery. There is currently no email verification or automated password reset. Keep your password safe.
